The goal of this research is to improve reproducibility and repeatability of MRI-based quantitative biomarkers. We work closely with the RSNA Quantitative Imaging Biomarkers Alliance in developing profiles that allow for greater precision in data acquisition and analyses. In particular, we focus on creating the profile fo Dynamic Susceptibility Contrast MRI. We have created physical phantoms that can be used to assess the repeatability/reproducibility of MRI measurements and digital reference objects to measure the variability of commercial or custom software algorithms.
